VEES HOVER VILLA

The facade is seen as the backbone of the whole built unit. It’ll define the hover space in a way that the whole aura of the site revolves around it. The protrusions will help the air sweep in and out creating an evident breeze throughout the spaces inside.

FAIRVIEW VILLAS

The whole idea to this proposal was a different approach. The design from scratch was developed keeping in mind the site surroundings and the nature of the plot. A mini pool and a river side view from the bedrooms are all add ons. Use of elements have also been carefully crafted to bring in an international aura to the structure.

HOVER RESIDENCE

The design was initiated in a way that the whole space remain suspended in air. The roof gives an outlook as if its disconnected from the main structure. The jali does give an airy nature to the whole built form adding to its aesthetic appearance too. Seating have also been provided within the jali so that the crowd can connect to the external environment too.

An outdoor seating has been provided adjacent to the dining space to enjoy an evening glimpse of nature. An internal courtyard and double height living & dining spaces have also been provided to make the whole structure feel alive once inside. The first floor bedrooms have been connected through bridges

AANGAN RESIDENCE
AANGAN RESIDENCE

Borrowing cues from the regional architecture, the spatial quality is elevated by detailing referencing the vernacular but interpreted in a contemporary aesthetic. Nature is an integral part of all the spaces with large porous courtyards and beautiful landscaping offsetting the built volumes.

The basic design evolved out of the need to establish a warm, homely character in the interiors, while scaling down the huge volumes of interlinked spaces which characterized the architecture. The spatial elements were carefully located to add depth and variations to the volume and helped frame the spaces.

The interior design strategy of this house started off as an attempt to tame the copious daylight flooding the spaces through the large windows and skylights

The entry sequence sets the tone for the spatial experience. The grand thematic entry gesture is totally done away with, and a subtle path leads one up into a semi-covered passage with a visual axis. Waterbodies and courtyards break up the spatial composition and provide the much-required micro-climatic cooling to accommodate the harsh climate of the region.

LOUVRE COMPLEX

This was one of those exciting projects we were a part of. Inculcating one single element with different colour palettes given the nature of the site and the climate which would inturn help the mob with ambient light and air.the whole complex does look massive given how the elements have been placed throughout.
